The Fund Chairman and the Fund Board serve as the Fund’s management bodies. The central staff of the Fund provides organizational, technical and documentary support for operations of the Fund Board. The Social Fund structure also includes SFR territorial divisions in Russian constituent territories, as well as institutions subordinated to the Fund, among them rehabilitation centers. The government of the Russian Federation appoints and dismisses the Fund chairman at the proposal of the head of the designated federal executive agency. The Fund Board is a collegial body of Fund management. The Fund Board has 35 members. The Fund has the Auditing Commission to control the financial and economic activity of the Fund, its territorial bodies, separate divisions and subordinated institutions.
