Most users of the Pension Fund of Russia website have appreciated its convenience, according to a survey done by the Russian Public Opinion Study Center (VTsIOM) *. The website is deemed to be convenient by 56% of the respondents and quite convenient by another 23%.
The VTsIOM survey involved 1,600 persons older than 18 in 46 republics, territories and regions of the Russian Federation.
The new PFR website was launched early in 2015. For the purposes of convenience, the information is maximally structured and new PFR electronic services are available.
