Russian Pension Fund Board Chairman Anton Drozdov and Presidential Advisor for Internet Development German Klimenko have moderated an expert debate titled ‘IT Technologies – New Points of Social Growth’. The expert debate held on the sidelines of the Second Forum of Regional Social Innovations in Krasnogorsk addressed the role of IT technologies in changing the life of people, society and the world at large.
The debate involved Director of the Russian Health Ministry’s IT and Communications Department Elena Boiko, Deputy Director of the Russian Mass Media and Communications Ministry’s E-Government Development Department Alexander Pavlovich, PFR Board Deputy Chairman Alexey Ivanov, PJSC Serbank Managing Director and Head of the IT Development Strategy Department Alexey Denisov, and some other officials.
Participants in the debate presented the best available IT practices of the social sector and their vision on the potential of information technologies for heightening the accessibility of public and municipal services and creating a barrier-free environment for citizens.
