The most popular subjects addressed in the first six months of this year were pension entitlements, assigned pensions, the SNILS issuance procedure, the use of the personal account section on the website, and the issuance and use of maternity capital.
Operators of the PFR Consulting Center receive applications from citizens 24/7 and provide information about PFR services. They tell citizens how to receive a particular service quickly and brief them on the list of required documents, the nearest office, and ways to receive the service.
The PFR Consulting Center operates primarily as a single federal number 8-800-302-2-302, which can be called from any region of Russia. Online consultations and information provided by SMS text messages are also available. Each day, the Consulting Center informs thousands of Russians on all aspects of their interaction with the Russian Pension Fund.
