Employers delivered to the Pension Fund reports on the work activities of the citizens of Russia for January 2020.
Meeting a tight schedule the developers of the programs on HR management and accounting succeeded in timely updating the respective insurance products for the relevant contributors and parties engaged in preparation of the reporting.
If a company doesn’t have enough time to install the latest version of the program, the Pension Fund offers a new variant of the Cabinet of Payer of Insurance Contributions, providing for the possibility to send information about the work activities directly to the Pension Fund without the need to use the services of third parties. Together with this the Pension Fund made available the free of charge programs for preparation of the reporting by the companies including those with the number of employees 25 persons and less.
Through this work by the middle of February more than five hundred thousand payers of insurance contributions delivered to the Pension Fund reports on the work activities of about five million employees.
Presentation of the reporting to the Pension Fund was conditioned by the presence of such facts as hiring of a new employee, transfer of the employee to the new position or dismissal; of company changing its name or an employee applying on changing the type of the employment record book. ,
