Anton DROZDOV
Anton Victorovich Drozdov was born on 4 October 1964 in Moscow.
In 1986 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance as an economist. In 1986 he started to work as an economist in the Office of financing Social Security of the USSR Ministry of Finance. Since 1987 - Economist in the Office of financing health and welfare of the USSR Ministry of Finance. In 1988 worked as a senior economist in the Division of funding for Social Development of the Ministry of Finance.
In 1988-1989 he served in the Soviet Army.
Since 1989, he held various positions in the Ministry of Finance: Senior Economist of Financial and Social Development Division, the I category expert of the Consolidated Monetary and Economic Department, Deputy Head of the Department of Monetary and Financial regulation of the Russian Ministry of Finance.
In 1994 he was appointed Deputy Head of the General Office of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Ministry of Finance.
From July 1999 to July 2008, worked in the Russian Federation Government as: Head of the Department of Finance, Deputy Head of the Central Office of the Government, Director of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Russian Federation.
On July 17th, 2008 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
Provides overall guidance to the Russian Pension Fund. Allocates responsibilities, coordinates and supervises the activities of Deputy Chairmen of the PFR Board. Directly coordinates and controls the activities of the Audit Commission PFR, the Department of Public and Media Relations, the Department of PFR legal support, the Executive Office, the Security and Internal Control Department, the Office of Personnel Policy, the First Department. He was awarded with the Order of Honour, awarded with the title of "Honored Economist of the Russian Federation."
Married, has a daughter and a son.

Alexander KURTIN
Alexander Vladimirovich Kurtin was born on May 26, 1948 in Moscow.
Graduated from 2 institutions of higher education (Moscow Order of Red Banner of Labor Institute of National Economy, Academy of National Economy under the USSR Council of Ministers). Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.
After graduating from the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov, in the period from 1976 to 1985. worked in the Ministry of Social Security of the RSFSR: Senior Economist, Head of Department.
1985 - 1987 - Secretary of the Party Bureau of the Ministry of Social Security RF.
1987 - 1990 - Head of Financial Management of the Ministry of Social Security RSFSR.
1990 - 1991 served as Deputy Minister of Social Security of the RSFSR.
1991 - 1993 - Chairman of the PFR board.
In the period from 1994 to 1998 headed the non-government pension fund "Nadezhda".
From 1998 - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Provides coordination with the Government and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Coordinates and controls activities of the Department of Actuarial calculations and Strategic Planning, the Department of the Treasury, the Tutorial Center and International Cooperation Department."Honored Economist of the Russian Federation." He was awarded with the Badge of Honor and the medal “In memory of the 850 anniversary of Moscow“.

Lilia CHIZHIK
Lilia Ivanovna Chizhik was born on 4 April 1950 in Gomel region (Belarus).
Graduated from two institutions of higher education (the Belarusian State University named after Lenin, the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the Presidentof the Russian Federation). Ph.D. in Sociology.
1972 – 1984 - worked at the Experimental Plant Promsvyazradio as: engineer, process engineer, senior engineer.
In the period from 1984 to 1991 she headed the Department of Social Security Board of the City Council of Pushkin, Moscow Region.
In 1991 she headed the Office of the Pension Fund in the Moscow region.
In 1992 she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. From 2011 - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Coordinates and monitors the activities of the Department of Organization of pensions establishment and payment, the Department of pensions for persons residing abroad, the Department of social payments, the Office of the State pension for civil servants and the Office for the work with citizens, insured individuals, organizations and insurers.
Awarded with the title "Honored Worker of social protection of the Russian Federation", was awarded the medal "In memory of the 850 anniversary of Moscow" and the 2nd Class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.

Boris GUKAILO
Boris Vitalievich Gukailo was born on 11 April 1966 in Krasnogorsk.
In 1989 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation engineer-constructor-technologist of EC.
Between 1989 and 1999 he held senior positions in commercial structures.
2006 - 2009 - Deputy Director and then Director General of OAO “Giprodor NII”.
Since 2009 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Coordinates and monitors activities of the Administrative Department and the Office of Capital Construction.

Nikolay KOZLOV
Nikolay Borisovich Kozlov was born on 17 June 1956 in Moscow.
In 1978 he graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute with a degree in international economic relations. Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor.
Since 1978 he held various positions in the Ministry of Finance of the USSR.
In 1992 he headed the department of “Russkyi natsionalnyi bank”.
In 1993 he was an expert in "Deutsche Bank".
In 1994 he worked as Head of the Securities board of “Business Development Bank”.
1994 - 2010 was President, Chairman of the Board of Investment Company “Rikom-Trust”.
Since 2011 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Coordinates and monitors activities of the Department of organization and control of investment processes, the Department of Organization of personified accounting of the insured persons’ pension rights in respect of the federal budget passed to the PFR to co-finance the pension savings.

Tatyana MANUILOVA
Tatyana Nikolaevna Manuilova was born on April 16, 1954 in Moscow.
In 1975 she graduated from the Moscow Institute of National Economy as economist.
After graduation she worked for the Ministry of Finance of the USSR from 1975 to 1991.
In the period from 1993 to 2003 she held senior positions in the Ministry of Finance.
2003 - 2004 - worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Public Finance of the RF Government Office. 2004 - 2009 - Deputy Director of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Russian Government of the RF Government Office.
From December 2009 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Coordinates and controls the activities of the Budget Department, the Department of Organization of premiums administration, the Department of the PFR system financial support, the Department for consideration of insurance premiums payers' appeals and complaints.

Andrei PUDOV
Was born on 3 November 1971 in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Has three degrees of higher education.
In 1992 Andrei Pudov graduated from Y.V. Andropov Higher Military-Political College in Leningradwith a degree in command, tactical air defense.
In 1995 Pudov graduated from the International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences with a degree in law science.
In 2002 Pudov graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Russian Federation with a degree in state and municipal management.
From 1988 to 1994 served in the Armed Forces.
From 1994 to 1995 worked as a lawyer in the TOO “Recreational and Industrial Association”.
From 1995 to 1996, Andrei Pudov continued his career as a lawyer at the Center for Social Services “Vnukovo”.
From 1996 to 2002 he worked in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, where he served as chief specialist, Head of Legal Expertise and Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Management.
From 2002 to 2011 Pudovheld the position of Head of the PFR Department of organization ofpensions establishmentand payment.
Since 2011 - Deputy Chairman of the PFR Board.
He was awarded with the badge “Outstanding work in social and labor area”.
Andrei Pudov has commendation from the Government of the Russian Federation.

Nikolay YELISTRATOV
Nikolay Vitalievich Yelistratov was born on 12 July 1958 in Moscow.
In 1980 graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministryof Foreign Affairs of the USSR, as an economist of international economic relations.
From 1981 to 1993 - The diplomatic official.
From 1993 to 2010 worked in business organizations, for more than ten years has led large Russian andinternational companies in the fields of sea transport, petrochemistry and information technologies.
Since 2010 he held the post of Advisor to the Chairman of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
From 2011 - Deputy-Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund. Controls and coordinates the activities of the Department of Organization of personified record of the insured persons' pension rights (except for the federal budget passed to PFR to co-finance the pension savings), the Department of application software, the Office of Telecommunications, the Office of the technical and system-wide software, the Office of operation, implementation and maintenance of information subsystems of the PFR Executive Directorate, the Office of Information Protection and Information Center of personalized record.

Andrey ANDREEV
Andrey Evgenievich Andreev was born on 25 December 1956.
In 1979 he graduated from the Leningrad State University.
1979 – 1991 he worked in the following positions: Inspector, Senior Inspector of pensions and benefits, Head of the auditing sector, Deputy Head of the Social Security Board of Leningrad City Council from 1991 to 1997. Branch led the Russian Federation Pension Fund for the city of Leningrad.
1997 - 2001 headed the PFR Department for St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
In the period from 2001 to 2002 he headed the PFR Office for the Northwest Federal District of the PFR, and from 2002 to 2003 – headed the Organizing Department of the PFR.
Since 2003 – Head of Public office – the PFR Office for the Moscow and Moscow region.
Awarded with the PFR Diploma of Merit, was awarded the title "Honorary Worker of the PFR”, was awarded with the Badge of the Moscow Region Governer "For being useful” and acknowledgement from the Chairman of the PFR Board.

Elena BIBIKOVA
Elena Vasilievna Bibikova was born on 23 September 1956.
In 1985 she graduated from the Pskov State Pedagogical Institute.
Since 1975 she has been working in the social protection system.
Since March 1991 she has been headed the PFR Department for Pskov region.
Awarded with the marks of distinction "For the Excellent Social Security work of the RSFSR", "For the Excellent work in PFR", the 2nd Class Order of Merit for the Fatherland. Awarded with the title "Honored Worker of the PFR."

Victor DOLOTOV
Victor Andreevich Dolotov was born on 9 September 1948 in Kurgan-Tube, the Tajik SSR.
He began his career in 1966 as a mechanic in the HEM plant in Penza. From 1966 to 1972 he graduated on the job from the plant - VTUZ Penza Polytechnic Institute as an engineer - electrician. From 1973 to 1975 served in the Soviet Army.
1975 - 1984 - worked in the HEM plant where he was gradually promoted from a senior engineer to Deputy Secretary of Party committee. In the period from 1984 to 1987 he held executive positions in the Penza Regional Party Committee and the HEM plant. In October 1987 he was elected the First Secretary of the October District Committee in Penza.
1991 - 1994 - Head of the Capital Construction Department, Deputy Director of the HEM plant.
From September 1994 to April 1996 - Deputy General Director - Commercial Director of AO "Penzinskyi torgovyi dom".
From April 1996 to November 1996 – Chief Executive of the Social Support Fund of Penza region.
From November 1996 - head of the PFR Department for Penza region.
Awarded with Medal of the the 2nd Class and the 1st Class Order of Merit for the Fatherland. Awarded with the title "Honored Worker of the PFR".
He is married and has two sons.

Tamara KOZLOVSKAYA
Tamara Ivanovna Kozlovskaya was born on 17 August 1947. In 1966 she graduated from the Financial College of Zvenigorod, 1974 graduated from the All-USSR Finance and Economics Institute, with a degree in finance and credit.
From 1966 to 1991 she worked in various positions in financial and tax authorities of the area (including, from 1979 to 1991 - Head of the Department of finance of the October District Executive Committee in Tambov, Deputy Chief of the Finance Office of Tambov Oblast Executive Committee, Deputy Chief of the Government Tax Office of Tambov region).
From March 1991 – Head of the PFR Department for Tambov region.
She was awarded with the Medal of Honor, a badge "For the Excellent financial performance," badge "For the Excellent work in the PFR”, awarded with titles “Honored Economist of the Russian Federation" and "Honored Worker of the Russian Pension Fund".

Galina KUZNETSOVA
Galina Anatolievna Kuznetsova was born on 13 May 1946.
She graduated from the Kuban State University, with a degree in Industry Planning, Higher Party School in Rostov-on-Don, the Russian Academy of Economics, MBA (2001).
1964 - 1983 she worked in the industry: engineer, economist, Head of Planning department.
1983 1985 she worked as Deputy Chairman of the October Executive Committee of Krasnodar.
In the period from 1985 to 1991 headed the Pervomajskij Executive Committee of Krasnodar.
Since 1991 – Head of the PFR Department for the Krasnodar Territory.
Awarded with the 2nd Class Order of Merit for the Fatherland, the 1st Class Medal "For outstanding contribution to the development of Kuban". Has the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation.

Head of the Department for the Republic of Mordovia
Antonina MOROZOVA
Antonina Grigorievna Morozova was born on 20 June 1941.
In 1968 she graduated from the Gorky Higher Party School, in 1973 - a historical and geographical faculty of the Moscow State University with a degree in History.
She began her career in 1959 as a Pioneer leader. Worked as a Secretary of Lyambirsk district and as the First Secretary of the Romodanovsky Party Committee of Komsomol.
Since 1969 - Instructor of Mordovian Party Committee.
In 1973 she was elected the First secretary of Dubensky Party Committee.
Since 1985 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Mordovia.
In 1991 she was appointed as Head of the PFR Department for Republic of Mordovia.
Awarded with the Order of Labor Red Banner, the Order of the People’s Friendship", the medal "For Valiant Labor", Diploma of Merit of the National Assembly of the Republic of Mordovia, the PFR Diploma of Merit, badge "For Excellent work in PFR”.
Awarded with honorary title "Honored Worker of Social Protection of the Republic of Mordovia," "Honored Worker of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Foat KHANTIMEROV
Foat Galyautdinovich Khantimerov was born on 14 April 1950 in Yermekeevsk district of Bashkortostan. Graduated from the Bashkir Agricultural Institute (BAI) and the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow. Ph.D. in Economics, Honored Economist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. He began his career in 1968 as a teacher of physics and mathematics at school.
In 1968 - 1973 a BAI economics student, then graduated from graduate school and continued teaching. Since 1989 – worked as Part and Government official.
1990 - 1991 - Head of the agricultural sector, the Secretary of the Bashkir Party Committee, 1991 - 1994 - Deputy Chairman of State Committee on State Property Management of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
1994 - 2002 - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Since 2002 – Head of the PFR Department for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
He was awarded with the medal "In memory of the 850 anniversary of Moscow" and the badge "For the Excellent financial performance in the Russian Federation."

Dmitry KARABANOV
Dmitry Ivanovich Karabanov was born on 13May 1927 in the village Vynogradovka in the Altai Territory. In 1950 he graduated from Vladivostok Higher Marine Engineering College as a ship-engineer. He began his career in 1950 as an operative in the Ministry of State Security.
From 1954 to 1962 he worked in various positions in the Far Eastern Shipping Company.
1962 - 1971 headed the shipyard in Nakhodka.
1971 - 1976 he served as Chief of Logistics of the Far Eastern region, and in 1977 headed the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies of the Primorye Territory.
Since 1986, he held senior positions in the Council of the All-Russian Association of Veterans (retired) of war, labor, Armed Forces and law-enforcement authorities.
Has the Order of the October Revolution, three Orders of the Labor Red Banner and the Order of Badge of Honour, the Order of Merit and the 2nd Class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.
