PFR conducts social payment to certain categories of people on the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2015 №100 «About lump-sum payment for certain categories of citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945".
Thus, disabled and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, former prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention established by the Nazis and their allies during the Second World War, widows of soldiers killed during the war with Finland, the Great Patriotic War, the war with Japan, widows of deceased disabled of the Second World War and participants of the Great Patriotic War will receive the payment of 7,000 rubles.
Veterans of the Great Patriotic War working at the home front during the period 22 June 1941 - May 9, 1945 for no less than six months (excluding the period of work in the temporarily occupied territories of the USSR), persons awarded by medals for their selfless work during the Great Patriotic War, former under-age prisoners of concentration camps, prisons and ghettos will receive the payment of 3,000 rubles.
The number of recipients of lump-sum payment on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory amounted 2,730,489 people, including lump-sum payment of 7 000 rubles for 974,517 people. The PFR budget was provided by 12.3 billion rubles for this purpose.
Payments were financed by the PFR in full and will be delivered to recipients in April by the same organisation to the same accounts as the pension is being delivered.
