According to Your Control independent monitoring system, 97% of individuals are satisfied with public services provided by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. That was the amount of people who rated the services as "good" and "excellent" in all regions of the country in the first quarter of 2018. It should be noted that this customer satisfaction indicator is based on more ratings than last year: in comparison with the first quarter of 2017, the number of Pension Fund services rated by citizens increased more than twice and reached 3.3 million.
The average rating obtained by the Fund through Your Control system has also increased in comparison with the same period last year and was 4.84 points from 5. Among the most rated state services are the issue of pension statements and personal account statements. The most rated were services on monthly monetary payments, applications on voluntary accumulation of pension savings and information on pension legislation.

The system whose core is vashkontrol.ru portal was launched in line with the presidential decree on creating an independent rating mechanism to assess the quality of work of organizations providing social services including defining the criteria of their work efficiency and introducing public ratings.
