Since the beginning of the year, the Pension Fund has sent 23 million proactive notifications to Russians about the amount of the future old-age insurance pension. Such information was received in the personal account on the public services portal for men over 45 years old and women over 40 years old.
From the notification of the Pension Fund, citizens can find out their insurance experience and the number of pension coefficients earned at the moment. The information also contains the amount of the pension calculated according to these indicators. In addition to data on the insurance pension, the notification also indicates the amount of pension savings.
Thanks to this information, citizens have the opportunity to check the information provided by employers and assess their pension rights in advance.
Starting next year, citizens will start receiving proactive pension letters from the Social Fund of Russia. The new department will appear as a result of the merger of the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund and will perform all the functions that today fall within the competence of the two funds.
